Media Services: Conference Services
Conference Services, a community outreach service of the University of Illinois at Springfield, manages approximately 800 events annually in UIS's fully-equipped conference center, and produces non-credit programs in a wide range of formats including: conferences, institutes, workshops, and seminars. Services include meeting
and program planning, and coordination of catering, media and room set-up services.
The conference center includes six conference rooms, Brookens Auditorium, which is a
190 seat auditorium, PAC Restaurant and the recently refurbished 315 seat Studio
Theatre. Ample parking is available to conference visitors in parking lot D. The
conference center is fully accessible to the physically impaired. For more information on
