This Classroom Computer Lab Problem Reporting System is here to help you with any software or hardware problems you may have in any of the smart classrooms or computer labs at the University. Please log in by using your UIS NetID. Once logged on to the system you may fill out a ticket describing the problem. The ticket will be assigned to a consultant for quick resolution. You may come back to the site to check on the status of your ticket.
